Just off the A259 at Ferring near Worthing, West Sussex at the foot of Highdown (Iron Age hill fort) and almost directly opposite the new 24-hour Asda hypermarket, and it's just 300 yards from the boundary of The South Downs National Park.

By road:

Close to A27 (Portsmouth to Brighton) and A24 (London to Worthing)
35 minutes from the bottom end of the M23;
50 minutes from junction 9, M25;
25 minutes from the junction of the A23 / A27 at Brighton

Models' fees will include studio hire.

Hire fees - cancellations and no-show policy:

Payment must be made in advance via BACS or Paypal to the studio, (with credit and debit card facilities soon), and can only be refunded for no-show in the event of bereavement, accident on route or personal or serious family illness; (proof required). Cancellations for other reasons must be made at least 24 hours in advance by telephone with email confirmation, and cancellations less than seven days before the booking will be subject to a 10% retention unless the booking slot is re-booked - applies to both studio hire and model days.		   image link to view last studio
