1900 Centuary dormitory and head masters office with props, 400 year old staircases, rooftop views of Appleby and neighbouring towns. 5 spacious outbuildings, a cellar bar, recording studio, onsite cafe, plenty of breakout areas, car parking for 40 cars and an acre of land.
