Currently two photography studio areas available for 4hr, 8hr and 10hr hire. Main photography studio is 10 m x 12m area its 5.6m high skylight windows flood the workspace with diffused natural light throughout daylight hours. At 1,300 sq ft it's a large, bright, roomy, industrial location with some period architectural detail, easily accessible and just a few minutes from Dundee's city centre. Compatible with most photographic and video requirements, large enough to house multiple lighting set ups and with a 25 ft long, 12 ft high and 20 ft deep infinity cove.

The additional 22,500sqft space available for hire is also flooded with natural light, all roof lights are North facing. This area can be divided and adapted for a whole range of uses including filming, multiple set builds, installations, exhibitions, parties, weddings etc.
